Severe burning- What to do?

I'm having severe bruning today, don't know yet what triggered, maybe house cleaning products? allergies?
Any tips welcome, I need at least som relief...Thanks

Thanks Rebecca...the linkk is helpful. It mentions painkillers as last result. What painkillers are safe for us? I have a few at home. My neck and upper back hurts too.

Is Ambien ok? I'm suppose to take it for a week n/c I haven't sleep well laltely. I'm taking it for 5 days.

I'll phone my doctor tomorrow if I feel like this again. Maybe I'll try the upper plugs too.
He said that may cause further inflamation but that I can try the ones that disolve first.
