Hello all,
Good news. Dr. Galor and her colleagues of the VA in Miami and Bascom Palmer Eye Institute at U of Miami are also researching dry eyes and proposing that they are a type of neuropathic pain. See this link for a pdf of the summary of her work (it was too large to attach as a file)
