Red Rings around eye

With my blepharitis I often get red raw areas in a circular pattern around each eye, almost the area where a black eye would be if you had one. I wonder, does this indicate an additional problem, such as allergy? It looks awful and nothign works

Have you ever had eczema? It sounds like that and if you have blepharitis, its not uncommon to get eczema and you can get it round your eyes.
