I just came across this site. It talks a lot about eye strain, but also hits on dry eyes. If you scroll down the page, this doctor has put together a book that you can download for free on ways of helping dry/strained eyes! There are also several videos of the doctor demonstrating how to do the techniques that he recommends.
Good luck! I am definitely going to try the drops of honey in my eyes and the exercises pushing on my lower lids to get the oils in my eyes flowing! I tried it while watching him, and it immediately made my eyes moist. I don't mean just "tearing" either, it was different. It was like actual oil, if that makes any sense!
