autologus serum drops..if they didnt do anything in one month??/

i used these drops for one month? and still my eyes were soo soo ext dry--- if my eyes didnt feel any better on the blood serum drops for one month does it seem likely that trying again and going for a longer period of time would not be successful either??

i didnt have any scratches on my cornea when i tried them-just very dry from MGD and sjogrens..arent the drops mostly for those iwth staining on the cornea??
