Of course im avoiding antiinflammatory foods but maybe i should put this on hold....
My eyes really really need serum drops

    i eat heaps of carbs

I'm not sure how tiny you are but no one asked me how much I weigh before giving blood for serum drops, they didn't weigh me either. If they don't weigh you, can you fib? I wouldn't ordinarily suggest that but unless you're extremely underweight, you should be able to give blood without issue (minus the restrictions, I mean). Disclaimer: I'm not a physician although I'm only recently above the 110 restriction myself and I'm taller than average and have not had any issues.

Re: Trying to gain weight. Avoiding any particular food will generally lead to weight loss so unless you're finding the anti-inflammatory diet helpful, I'd consider going for broke if you need to gain weight and start eating everything for a bit. Are you eating enough protein? I know eating protein and avoiding carbs is the latest weight loss fad but as someone that doesn't enjoy meat, I've found that the lack of protein in my diet frequently leads me to lose weight; I have to consciously made an effort to get enough protein.

How much do you need to gain?

Im afraid my blood bank is very strict . they asked wen booking appointment and said we will weigh u to make sure
I think stress from eyes and humidifier is not helping but i have always been tiny.

Yes will go for broke. i need three kilos. Interesting regarding protein will definately try that.

        Soaps,

I seem to remember a dr. in Aus or NZ who is into allogeneic (i.e. from donor blood) serum drops. I'll find out and post a link.

Oh here he is: Dr. Malcolm McKellar, in Christchurch

          http://www.drmalcolmmckellar.co.nz

          Some more info:

May be worth ringing their office to see whether this is being done in Australia?? He posted on my blog once when I had posted a published study about allogeneic serum drops... first I'd heard of it being done there.

3 kilos (6.61 lbs) is quite a bit, to gain, in a week. Couple of thoughts... they may not make you take off your shoes so good, heavy shoes could be beneficial. Start thinking about any other clothing items that can add some weight and don't be above filling your pockets (discreetly, of course) with something to add some weight. For the future, remember, muscle weighs more than fat so over the long term (not enough time to gain muscle for this draw), start lifting weights. Lifting weights has added about 10 lbs to my frame; I'm still quite petite but now I'm strong too AND it helps prevent osteoporosis, which smaller framed individuals are also prone to.
