New Dry Eye Treament: Cord Blood Serum Eye Drops

Okay this seems new. Anyone try this before? apparently its a serum drop created out of the blood in an umbilical cord. I'd love to have all the experts and patients weigh in on what they think of this. Should this be something to pursue?

This sounds simular to Prokera, isnt that from umbilical cords?

I wonder how much more effective this would be than normal Serum drops or PRP- Palette rich plasma serum drops. I tried the later and it dodnt help.

But i have ocular rosacea and eyelid MGD not surface issues. And how helpful would it be for inflammation??

Or more specifically, it is more effective than 20% serum drops. Would be interesting to see a comparison against 50% or even 100% serum. Perhaps the results will be the same... but would have to test it to know for sure.
