does blood serum drops help with allergies (spring/summer)

i am currently using blood serum drops.. dont feel too much of a change if any but was curious if they may help with seasonal allergies??? does anyone who takes them know??
thanks so much... i just need help to control my allergies and my docs arent much help.

I haven't noticed any improvements specific to serum drops. It does help in washing things out but, any tear-type drop would do that.
