If you have tried the autologous serum drops, are you happy with the results? How long did it take to notice a difference?

Hello!
I tried autologous drops for a short period, but decided to stop as I felt they didn't help me at all. For me they gave the same feeling in the eye as an eyedrop with low viscousity (like Thera Tears). I've heard about an other woman that found them very helpful though,..so..it's worth a try!
