Hi, I am not sure if I am doing this correctly, however I am wondering about the eye drop that you have mentioned. Where can I get it, and does it help with the blurring on the outside of the scleral lens?

Autologous tears are tears made from your own blood. Your blood is drawn and a special pharmacy "spins" the blood and you end up with your own tear mixture. I do not have the autologous drops, nor have I ever have them made--so my description is very basic.

Now that you have the term, you can do searches on the board about this. DianaT is one who uses her own drops.
