My dry eye has improved immeasurably by putting humidifiers at home and in my office. It can get pretty dry in the car, especially during winters here in the Midwest. I found this on Amazon http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...?ie=UTF8&psc=1 and it works pretty well. Its a cylinder shaped thingy that you place over a water bottle and it pumps out an impressive amount of water vapor. It does have some drawbacks the wick is too short so you need to use small bottles of water and it shuts off automatically after 8 hours. It's affordable though seems to do the trick so far.
