  • Humidity in the Bedroom

I have a question. I wear TranquiEye goggles at night-sometimes with moisture pads, sometimes not. So--for those of you who do the same:

Why the need to use humidifiers in the bedroom, when the eye area is completely protected while sleeping? The goggles always seem moist inside in the morning--even without the pads.

I use tranquileyes "dry" and usually find that adequate on its own.

For those who already have a humidifier in the bedroom, I would think it's a decent safeguard - in case the goggle comes off, or for nights when they don't wear it, etc.
