I was advised to put tea drops in my eyes to strengthen the capillars, but I'm not that brave. Instead I started doing this. With Japanese green tea and Earl Grey tea.
It seems to help. But I need a longer period of study to go past the immediate feeling of relief and see long-term effects.

Try doing it during lunch.
Get a cup of tea. Bring it to your mouth at a 45 degree angle, as obviously you're going to be sipping it eventually. But also, slowly exhale from your mouth into the cup.
This results in warm moisturizing tea vapors shooting directly into lower-medium part your eyes.
Slowly finish the cup. Nobody even noticed what you were doing, but you just made your eyes feel better.
