Hi everybody from Itay! 
I has severe dry eye (shirmer 1 mm) and a high prescription (right eye is -7) so it is impossible for me to have wrap around sealed prescription glasses done (moreover my eyelashes are pretty long and cannot use optical insert as they hit the glass and I hate it!). I use to have dry eye all the time but things worsen in summer as in my office people want to keep air condition fully blown not to speak of air condition in trains which I have to use quite frequently.
I was looking for a rx-able sealed glasses which I can wear out of home (I often use prescription swimming goggle but they are really too much to use in public!) and came across Ziena which I was thinking to buy. Anyway they are sunglasses style and I wouldn't use them in office, so I had a look through goggle images and came across these: http://item.rakuten.co.jp/loupe-studio/axe-s-27/

I found them to have a decent look as prescription day glasses but I think they are avalaible in Japan only even if a service of shipping is avalaible (but looks pretty complicated http://global.rakuten.com/en/help/se...orwarding.html)...
