Ziena Nereus MicroMagnet got stuck in the opposite direction

Hi All,

Has anyone faced this issue that the micromagnet in Ziena MoistureChamberGlasses has come out and by mistake you have put it in the wrong direction. I unfortunately did that and can't seem to get it out. Any easy tips/tricks for this?
