I have been looking for moisture chamber glasses for some time now... it's been difficult b/c my Rx is so high (-9.0)... which rules out the Panoptx and wileys.
I have found the Adidas Elevation Climacool which accepts a Rx insert. However, I have been unable to get my hands on any yet so can't tell much about the seal, etc. Has anyone tried or seen these? If so, how tight is the seal around the eyes? How much protection do they provide relative to panoptx? The goggles can be seen here:

These glasses are very versatile: the exterior lens are cheap and can be easily interchanged. So it would be possible to have a clear lens for indoors and dark lens for outdoors. Also, the foam padding can be removed.
