Does anyone have a tip for how to keep the foam clean after it gets all sweaty?

Which is it? Is it what you know or who you know? Or is it how well you convey what you know to who you know it to?

Wash with mild liquid soap, and warm water. Be gentle so you don't break down the foam. Pat dry with paper towel, then allow to air dry.
Also - get a spare (or 2) insert to allow you to change them out.
