Thinking about trying them to help with my severly dry eyes. Anyone use them or having any feedback? Want to know if it's worth it before I spend the money.

I loved them so much I found a way to keep using them even after I developed a skin allergy to the foam! (tini bikini, search for my other posts for more explanation)
There are some drawbacks:
They're expensive
You have to pay for "consumables", new pads, etc
Sometimes the straps are too loose, too tight, etc. (My strap is too loose so I gather a bit of the strap in the back and tie a hair band around it to snug it up).
Sometimes they fall off in the middle of the night or feel bulky.
I think most people find enough benefit from the moisture that they find ways to work around the hassles. You kind of have to play a little trial and error.
I would definitely recommend them. For me they are soothing and help keep my eyelids from sticking shut so much at night.
