Moisture chambers in/near Chicago, or Kansas

Does anybody know anywhere within reasonable driving distance of Chicago that will make custom moisture chambers?

If looking for a manufacturer of custom moisture chambers, I would contact Eagle Vision. They provide the plastic panels that are used in making the moisture chambers. They could provide a list of clinics that use their plastic panels.

Thanks... I'm aware of that (that's who i refer people to ). What I want to find is someone who has had moisture chambers made in/near Chicago if possible.

How about Kansas, has anybody had any kind of moisture chambers (incl. 7Eye, Wiley etc) from Meadows Optical in Shawnee KS?
