I can't afford all of them. Blephasteam is expensive but has anyone tried it? Is it worth the money? And TranquilEyes. Do I just lay in bed with these on for 10 or so minutes and take them off or wear them around the house like goggles?

The Onyix, TranquilEyes, EyeSeals 4.0 are mainly to use while sleeping at night while to seal out the air (Onyix, EyeSeals), or provide moisture and keep out air (TranquilEyes). You can also wear them while napping or resting. The EyeSeals and Onyix are available in solids and also clear, but because of the rubbery/pliable material, the clear version is not that clear to walk around in. You're better off walking around with clear goggles or eye shields. The Dry Eye Shop has some guidelines to help you select which night gear may be best for you:
