Tramquileyes

Ive got some Tranquileyes but are they the right ones to wear overnight? It says moist heat therapy and says they can be worn for 15-20 minutes. Im confused.

They can be used for heat or cold therapy. The foam inserts can be inserted and they can be used for sleep. The silicone shields, Onyx and Quartz, are more comfortable for sleep.
