tranquileyes overnight

firstly thanks for this site as I'm living in a small country that isn't my homeland and my experiences of the eye doctors here is that they don't care about my DES.

Anyway, I've bought Tranquileyes, - they're en route anyway. I'll see if it helps me at all as I'm kind of sick of having my right eye lid stuck to my eyeball...

Does everyone take out the heatpads before sleeping? I think that will be my hardest thing to achieve, I might fall asleep lying there in them for an hour!!! Is there any danger to leave the heat pads in?

I rarely use the heat inserts in my tranquileyes. The first time I did, I left them in too long and the pressure made my eyes sore. I would guess that the only real danger is short-term discomfort and blurry vision from something hard kind of pressing on you especially if you sleep on your side.
