Does It Matter What Doctor I Go To? (Lipiflow, IPL, etc.)

Wondering if it matters who I see or if it's all the same. Like if the quality of the doctor who performs the procedure matters, or if Lipiflow is universally performed regardless.

The LipiFlow treatment itself is very standard. IPL varies a little bit across doctors, you def want one with a bit of experience on that (i.e., setting of the IPL power).

However, having a good dry eye doctor in general is very important, I find many LipiFlow clinics are just money making machines, as opposed to staff with doctors who are truely dry eye experts. Those are a bit harder to find.
