Lipiflow With Punctal Plugs?

Got punctal plugs put in, and planning Lipiflow next week. Will the punctal plugs make any difference in the results whatsoever?

Shouldn't make a difference though. But, I think they won't let you do LipiFlow if you have plugs in, due to liability reasons.

I had LipiFlow while having plugs inserted, there were no problems. But best to call in advance to ask, and also let them know right before the procedure.

Somewhere in the disclaimer it suggests the procedure could knock the plugs out and therefore make dry eye worse.

Oh ...

They’re temporary plugs though (6 month I believe) and my doctor said it would be okay. Actually, multiple doctors said it would be fine.
