Hi, I have been having some dry eye for 2 years now, but it is seeming to be more of a problem now. Here and there I think it is getting better, but then it gets worse. I have been doing more and more things for improvement, but have NEVER CLEANED my eyes with anything special, other than just washing my face and eyelids with a washcloth when I'm in the shower like I used to.
I have post-Lasik dry eye, and two lower plugs. I wear Onyix at night too, with lots of goop and drops and things!
Can anyone on here really say that it has made that much of a difference in treatment for their dry eye?? I would really like to hear from everyone..
What is an easy home remedy/method for doing this?
