  • Anyone get ride of DES by treating seb derm

Has anyone ever heard of anyone curing their DES by treating seborrheic dermatitis?

Furthermore, do you think the stuff in these pictures may be seb derm:

Unfortunately, no. My facial seb derm is completely under control and that has had no affect on my eyes. I'm no expert, but to me that looks like blepharitis crusting & scaling on your lashes.

Are those your eyes? How did you take the photos?

Yeah, those are my eyes, the photos I took at a resolution of 3072 x 2304, no zoom. The pictures there have been magnified on the computer, that's not the actual distance they were taken at. They were taken at a close distance and I think there was a setting on the camera for shooting at close range (macro something, I think). It can be a bit of a hassle to get the right distance and have it be in focus.

As for your question in the PM, I don't have any Japanese studies, but I remember back when I was doing research that if I read a study more often than not it was from Japan. I think if you just search for dry eye on pub med you'll find a lot of them.
