How many times per day do you use SteriLid Cleanser? Morning and night?

Hi Neve,

Yes, it should be used twice a day: in the morning when you wake up, and at night, before going to bed. It's use should be followed by a lubricating regimen you normally use with artificial tears.

Thank you Dr G! I will do that. I am not on tears, I am on Muro3-4 X daily and Muro oint at night. I can use Systane balance (restorative) as needed. Thank you! Do you have a recommendation for getting Muro ointment gunk out of my eyes from the previous night? All my opth says is that I must be using too much and just use a warm washcloth or eye wash (or tears but tears normally make my eyes feel too gummy...)
