  • mite infestation and MGD from Dr. Tseng

I get a reply from Dr. Tseng. They have recently found out one major cause for MGD is mite infestation, and can be treated.

Anybody knows how to diagnose MGD to know mite infestation. How to treat it if so? Is it expensive?

    Does anybody have experience?

    Thanks,

    James

There's a "search" button at the top of this page. Do a couple of searches on "Erik" and "mite". He posted a while back about his critter diagnosis from Dr. Tseng.

        pus-like tear

        thanks.

I have pus-like tear. I do not know why. Is it mucus or meibus or blepharitis?

Only a doctor could answer that question after examining you. If you have "pus like" stuff in your eyes, you definitely need to be examined and right away. No one on this board or ANY board can give you a diagnosis. Sounds serious and please see your doctor right away.
