Manuka Honey....Again

I've been spreading it on my upper and lower lids twice a day. I leave it on for 1-2 hours and then wash it off. I'm hoping to reduce swelling (blepharitis) and hopefully help with burning, painful dry eyes. It's only been a week and so far nothing. How long did it take to kick in for you?

I have tried some honey that work wonders and I have tried other honey that have zero effect. It's important to find something that works.
