Anyone using Avenova?

Hi All,
Called my Ophthalmologist for an appointment and they started to tell about a new treatment for MGD called Avenova. They said it works very well. Has anyone tried this for DES? I found only one other post on this site mentioning it. Thanks!

Ive used it. Its just a cleanser. It isn't going to make miracles.
