I have some oil based makeup removers both dept store and drugstore brands. Also I have the Ponds and some other brands of cloth deals that soap up when you put them under water. I dont know if that is too harsh but i have not gotten the soap in my eyes. Or, like I said, I can use qtip with the makeup removers. Is that okay? I have a hard time finding lid scrub products here but I do have saline preservative spray and wonder if I can just spray that on my qtip? But I thought Rebecca *may* have said that does not remove bacteria? Cant recall. Any advice apprecaited. Oh and I did buy the pad things that are $11 or $12 for 30 that are meant for this purpose but they are so expensive as you are suppose to use two times a day. The only other thing I saw was Unisol saline solution that came in 4 big containers in the box. It said it was preservtive free in one place and not preservative free in another. I dont know once you open one of the bottles when you have to toss it, i thought it was after just a use and that would be too $. It said it was to be used for contact lenses and not directly in eye but I assume that it okay for Qtip. I did buy the Occu stuff but it comes in just 6 containers you have to toss each time you use one at $6 so it lasts 3 days if you use 2 a day! Any info appreciated. Thank you.
