Thanks Rebecca and Lucy. I am definitely leaning towards not going back to Miami and maybe trying to find someone more local. My MD did offer for me to connect him with Dr. Tseng (since my MD was a fellow of Dr. Tseng's down in Miami long ago) and then my local MD would "try it on me". This may be an option since I think highly of the MD I am currently seeing but I am a little nervous about being his first meibomian squeeze 
. However, perhaps with good instruction from a pro like Dr. Tseng, it may work out well.
Any others with feedback who have had their meibomian's expressed? Was it a jump-start that along with other treatments got you going on the right path of getting some dry eye relief?
