spider veins from moist compresses?

Did anyone get spider veins from moist warm compresses? I noticed some under my eyes but I'm not sure if they were there before I started using WCs. I'm very afraid of getting them.

No worries, think it gets you like that. I was happily talking to somebody I thought was somebody I'd previously spoken to, and it wasn't that person at all, and I felt very embarrassed! Don't worry.
