I am still in the process of finding a good eye doctor. As of now, I know I have blepharitis but I don't know which type.
I don't have the visible clogged passages with white heads that can often be seen when they are obstructed with thickened oil. If I have seborrheic bleph my problem is more likely to be that the oil coming out my MGs is too fluid.
If this is the case is there a reason to express the MGs? I would think if the oil passages are not blocked there should be nothing to gain in manually opening them. Am I correct?
I'd like to know if thin oil is easier or more difficult to treat than the thick kind.
