Hot / Cold Pad for eye compress

Hi All,

Bought a reusable Hot/Cold Pad for eye compress meant for Forehead, those with the blue liquid inside the pad.

I find it can retain heat better than a cloth. And i find the pad warm and not hot, can last for 5mins.

Is this a good method?
