I am a 25 year old new to the board. Dry eyes have been getting increasingly worse over the last 4 years. I'm on restasis and lotemax and obviously OTC drops non stop. I got one of these Thermalon eye compress that I'm trying to use at least once a day at night. Hopefully it will make an improvement. Does anyone know how much you really have to wash them? I've used it a few times without washing but I'm wondering if I should be more careful.
