I’ve been looking at my top glands and it’s hard to see but I believe they are blocked. There no extra capping on top it’s like a flush to the lid faint white that can be seen looks like it’s under the surface. How am I meant to get that out with a warm compress. I can’t massage my eye lids due to the low oils and cornea scratching possibility. How am I meant to extract it without getting a manual gland expression? I’m confused.
