I'm always worried I'm posting stuff that's already been posted - still a quick search for rootatlas returned no results so here it is.
A quick vid showing blocked MG glands and talking about expression. My glands don't look like this, nor does my mebium, but I still have problems getting good mebium into my tear film.

It's good in that it clearly shows MGs, toothpaste type mebium very clearly.
