Hello..I'm new to the Dry Eye Zone.
I have MGD blepharitis (and other dry eye issues) on top of keratoconus.
I recently found a Thermipaq at the local drug store (Walgreens)

It's a clay like substance in a bag (with a cloth cover) that heats in the microwave. Because it's clay-like, it has weight to it AND it molds to the face area as needed.
Just thought I'd pass it along
