Is IPL even worth it if all my pain and discomfort is in upper eyelid?

All of my pain and discomfort is in upper eyelid. I have no discomfort in lower eyelid. Since IPL is only for lower eyelid I feel it would be pointless to get the procedure. Thoughts?

Are you having dry eye symptoms or is it just pain in the upper lid?

Discomfort in upper eyelid but I'm not sure if the dry eye is whats causing it....

So you have dry eye on top of that. How severe is the dry eye? and what do your eyelids feel like?
