eyelid expression??

I am fairly new to this site...........I am having some vision problems (esp. reading on the monitor).......... i have severe dry eye-and conjunctival blepharitis. I have never heard of the eyelid expression and was wondering what it is............can someone please explain this. thanks so much.

Many of us here have problems if we spend too long looking at computer screens; I find it hard to concentrate on the written page so I often ignore my own advice and to ease up a little when I have been using a computer at work. I should know better....!
