Hi all, after the large part of a year of following bad advice of using heat but not expressing my glands are pretty blocked, but I also have slightly floppy eyelid and SLK (thanks to a bad tear film thanks to shortsighted docs) this makes fiddling with top eyelid a problem, does anyone else have MGD and SLK and so what method do you use?
