unfortunately I still don’t really know much about it. Is it less invasive than something like Lipiflow, for exanple? Is it mostly uninvasive?

You should google search, for example read the wikipedia article:

both LipiFlow and BlephEx are considered to be non-invasive and minimal risk. BlephEx only cleans the lid margins, i.e., if there are any cloggings inside the glands, BlephEx can not do anything about it. As I also mentioned to you in the other thread, BlephEx is basically fancy lid debridement. My dr preforms BlephEx on me for free everytime I see him. However, I personally don't think it helps me as my lid margins are clean.

Also, can someone get BlephEx while they have punctal plugs in?
