Which is better for MGD and why?? Still a lot to learn out there.

They do different things, BlephEx cleans the surface and lid margins. Manual expression forces the (thick) oil out of your glands.

Is a boat better or a car better? It depends on your condition. If you have clogged lid margins, BlephEx may help. If you have thick oil secretions, manual expression may help. They're not mutually exclusive.

I think both would be beneficial if you suffer from MGD, like Deep_Dry-Eye says they are not mutually exclusive.
