Please Participate in this poll, I would like to know what other additional conditions you all have besides Meibomian Gland Dysfunction and Dry Eyes.

If you have any of the following additional conditions, please participate in the above Poll. This could help to understand more of where these diseases could be originating from.

Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Auto-immune diseases such as Sjoren's, Lupus, Rheumitoid Arthritis, Intestinal Disorders such as Celiac Disease, Crohn's Disease, Irritable Bowel Syndrome.
