help me searching name of the decease

I was searching for a decease on google with symptoms of facial swelling, nose discharge, eye discharge ,photophobia, problem keeping head upright for a longer period.I guess it was associated with neurology.
I found 1 such decease with above mentioned symptoms

somehow i cudnt note the name of the decease and now im unable to find its name...I think probably im suffering from that as almost all the symptoms were matching to me.

If anyone can help...i will be obliged.
