Hi everyone,
Here is my 2nd topic. I am currently using those vials like eye drops without preservative called refresh plus. It is very expensive especially with my income, plus I don't feel good at all putting so much artificial drops into my eyes, thinking some day, some reports will come up saying certain form of eye diseases are caused by using too much eye drops etc.
So, to minimize the usage, I make myself yawn instead. It is extremely hard to force out a real yawn especially when you are not even sleepy. However, I manage to go through the morning without using any eye drops by induced yawning. But by noon time, my yawn doesn't bring up much tears, so I have to start using the drops. It is so depressing that even with yawning, not much tears are induced. Whereas, my friend has tears running down her cheeks when she yawns.
Anyone out there use this method? Any side effect with this method?
