I'm hesitant to mention this word as I'm sure it has been discussed here despite the fact I can't find it with a search.
Lecithin - What's the latest on this stuff? It was recommended to me by somebody with no medical background that thought they were helping me out. I have read the UK trial where it supposedly helped 89% of the DE patients that used it but side effects might as well be as bad as DE itself.
