Hi,
Long time reader, first time poster.
I've had severe MGD for the last 5 years and have tried everything possible with zero relief. My dry eyes began around a time when I'm almost certain I had CFS, but was not diagnosed. Still to this day, I have a lot of CFS symptoms, but have not thought too much about it as we all complain about fatigue, etc. But recently, I've been thinking about the correlation between my exercise, sleep, and dryness. Post-exercise I have the worst dry eye symptoms, and it's also very bad with a poor night's sleep.
What kind of doctor diagnoses ME/CFS? Is anyone else finding that their dry eyes get worse in the hours following an intense workout? My workouts are pretty exhausting (lifting heavy weights -- squats, deadlifts, etc.).
Thanks!!
