Does anyone know what this means? Saw my eye doc today and she mentioned this, I know its dry spots but what does it stand for. We are going to try Azasite now even though I dont have evidence of blephartis, but the Dr. did say they (margins) looked capped? Thanks

Hi Jen, I found this when I googled "sbk eye": Sub-Bowmans Keratomileusis (SBK) is a derivative of conventional Lasik using an ultra thin flap of corneal tissue to...

It appears that SBK is a type of lasik surgery.Don't know if this is the same SBK that your dr. was talking about, of course.

I think you mean SPK not SBK. Superficial punctate keratitis (or keratopathy).
